Order Cancellations
Orders must be cancelled prior to actual shipping. All orders cancelled after shipping or refused at time of delivery (except in the case of shipping damage) will be charged with the appropriate shipping and restocking charges. Please Note: Many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers and as such, the order status on our site is not a real time status. Your item may have already shipped but the shipping conformation and tracking number has not been forwarded to us, yet. Please contact Customer Care before attempting to cancel or refuse any order to prevent unnecessary charges.

Wrongful or Fraudulent Bank Assisted Disputes, Charge Reversals or Credit Card Chargebacks
