The below information offers estimated transit times for the product brands found on our website. Many of our items have a fixed shipping rate and are shipped direct from a supplier. All orders are shipped ground unless otherwise noted. Please call/email for an express shipping quote. You should expect a minimum of three times the cost of ground.
Many items we offer ship either same or next business day. For specific shipping lead times please see the individual product listing. If you do not see the brand of item you are interested in listed below please check the product description for an estimated transit time. The product description will also note the specific carrier for UPS/FedEx shipments.
Transit times for UPS/FedEx shipped items are estimated as follows:
- Baratza, D.C. America, Pasquini, Saeco, SNO, Solaris, Soleus, Solis, Sunpentown, Vinotemp, Whynter- west coast/mountain region- 1-3 business days, southern region/mid-west- 3-4 business days, east coast/Florida- 4-5 business days.
- Anji Mountain, Amcor, Avanti, ARY, Baby Sherpa, Big Bobber, Chambrer, Crosley, Danby, Delonghi, Frigidaire, Hoover, iThunder, Kingsford, La Pavoni, Masterbuilt, NeoAir, Outdoor Leisure, Pragotrade, Roma, Sharp, Summit, VacMaster, Velox, Weber, Weston, Windchaser, Winix- midwest/eastcoast 1-2 business days, southern region & Florida 2-3 business days, west coast/mountain region 4-5 business days.
Some of the larger items that we carry, including, but not limited to, select portable air conditioners, gazebos, sheds, spas, Sharp Insight microwaves, large Frigidaire, Jenn-Air, Marvel & Summit appliances & wine coolers 80 lbs.+ are shipped via freight trucks. For D.C.America, DM Industries, Duramax, Franklin Chef, Summit & Vinotemp standard delivery is curbside. You may contact us to request a “first threshold” delivery (to the door). The cost is usually an additional 20-25% of the shipping cost. For Frigidaire, Marvel, Sharp, Sunpentown, products standard delivery is first threshold. Some exceptions apply. Please contact us for with questions or for a first threshold service quote.
Transit times for items shipped via freight carrier are estimated as follows:
- DM Industries, DuraMax, Frigidaire, Jenn-Air, Marvel, Sharp & Summit –east coast/mid-west/southern region & Florida- 2-5 business days, west coast/mountain region 5-7 business days

D.C. America, Sunpentown & Vinotemp – west coast/mountain region 2-5 business days, east coast/mid-west/southern region & Florida- 5-7 business days.

| How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. |

If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance. |

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you. |
