Our premium fresh sausage seasoning kits come with vacuum- sealed collagen casings that require absolutely no preparation and provide a more uniform, consistent sausage. The smoked sausage kit is complete with all the exclusive seasoning, cure and casings to make professional quality sausage. This includes fibrous casings and closures that eliminate the chore of having to knot the end of a casing as well as allowing the casing to be filled to its maximum capacity. All seasonings are sealed in a mylar bag to maintain the highest degree of freshness. Each kit contains enough seasoning, cure and casings to yield 30 lbs. of true Westons sausage Fresh Kits: Italian, Polish, Bratwurst, Chorizo, German.
