Two rollers turn 31 stainless steel blades cut into even the toughest meats up to 1 1/4" (3.2cm) thick. **Cuts of meat that are too thick may damage the Blades. Return Policy:

A customer may return this product up to 30 days from the time of receipt. For a non-damaged/non-defective return a 15% restocking fee will be incurred. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges (including the original cost of shipping that we have incurred) on buyer's remorse returned units. Please contact us for a return authorization number. For damage or defective returns please contact us within 1 week of delivery. A return authorization and a call tag will be issued for pick up of the defective or damaged unit at no charge to the customer. The unit must be returned in it’s original packaging.
