Weston May 11, 2008 Reviewer: PH from B.C. TN   I got this for my husband. Let me tell you ladies get your man one of these and you will not have to cook meat again. From fish to chicken to ham to turkeys everything is delicious. He cooked a ham and turkey for an early mothers day for my mom and he said it held the heat really well. Great Smoker March 14, 2007 Reviewer: DH from Oregon   I personally own one of these great smokers and it is the best one I have ever owned.  Its design makes it easy and flexible to use.  The temperature range is adjustable so that you can smoke at moderately warm temperatures or run it up hot enough to bake a turkey or roast.   It has a large water bowl for water smoking if you like that and a big enough chip tray to smoke for hours and there's no need for those chip pucks or pellets that other manufacturers use, meaning that I can buy or get my wood chips just about anywhere.  I have smoked everything from trout to 22 lb turkeys in mine and everything tasted fantastic.
