Service from Quality Matters was superior - had my order in 2 days. Packing was the best I have ever seen. Product itself lacks in quality. During assembly a bent stud broke off top ring. After 2 phone calls & 3 e-mails finally reached someone at Vision Grills and a new top ring assembly was sent to me. Replacing a top ring assembly is very difficult (requires 2 people) and I still do not have the top properly aligned with the bottom. The pullout ash drawer leaks extremely bad; it is actually cocked in the position it is in (left side 1/4" lower than the right). I have to duct tape the complete outside of drawer/charcoal heater opening. Otherwise unit draws excessive air and cannot properly regulate temperature. I accidentally dropped the stainless steel grill and one of the handles broke off. Very little attention to detail when manufacturing. Unit had various chips all over - minor and supplied touchup paint took care of that. I'm sure I may have just received a "lemon".
