An electronic ignition starts and maintains the cooking power for continuous heating, while the EZ Clean porcelain oven surface allows for an easy clean up. The two (2) Pyrolytic self-cleaning ovens ensure that you won't have to spend hours trying to get your ovens cleaned. The built-in European convection ovens have 4 racks, which is great for cooking several things at once, and the digital clock and timer allow you to set a cooking time so you don't have to stand by the oven and watch the cooking progress.
