We haven't installed the range yet, but it's incredibly beautiful and we are so happy with it's aesthetics. It feels very sturdy and strong. Definitely good quality piece of equipment. It's just gorgeous. As for the service from Quality Matters, we are SO HAPPY with them. After speaking with one of their associates on the phone at length about the range and their company, I literally ordered the range online and it was shipped within 24 hours. The range was shipped freight UPS and was in our town within 2 days. (granted we are on the same side of the country which helps) UPS had trouble getting a hold of me to schedule a delivery and I immediately got a call and email from Quality Matters making sure everything was ok. I really appreciated the follow up. We will see how it performs when it's hooked up next week, but right now we are super excited to have found a professional looking range at a fraction of the cost others on the market.
