The VacUpack vacuum packing system is a simple-to-use, economical, nozzle-style machine. The efficiency of this straight forward design makes the VacUpack the fastest and most efficient production residential machine available. The VacUpack features a steel heat bar. This superior home-style heat bar allows wet bags to be sealed easily. This high production vacuum sealer is easily maintained offering unsurpassed durability in a home-style vacuum sealer.

VACUUM PUMP: The housing is heavy-duty injection-molded ABS. The vacuum pump produces up to 25 HG (inches of mercury on a vacuum gauge). The VacUpack's nylon piston construction reduces friction, requires no lubrication and is not susceptible to corrosion or moisture. The piston pump is less likely to fail than the more complex diaphragm-type and evacuates a higher volume of air. The other big difference between this and the channel/diaphragm is the VacUpack pump is designed to pump liquid. Liquids may simply be washed out by allowing water into the machine and pumping it out over the sink. Pumping any liquids into the national name brand machines will simply break them.

HEAT BAR: The vacuum sealing time is adjustable. The Vacupack offers a solid steel heat bar with commercial grade nylon heat tape. The VacUpack heat bar allows for mutiple heat cycles to ensure that the wet sloppy bag is sealed completely "no leaky wet bags". VacuPack believes the VacUpack has the absolute finest and most durable heat bar manufactured in a professional home style vacuum packing unit.

CUTTING BLADE & BAG STORAGE: The VacUpack has a one-way cutting blade for quickly making custom sized vacuum sealed bags via it’s self-contained bag roll storage compartment. The VacUpack is the only vacuum food saver with this useful feature. Make vacuum bags as small as you like or as many individual food, medication, lotion, coins, stamps, silver jewelry, or other compartments as you need with one bag, or cut them individually.

VACUUM OPERATING FUNCTIONS: A dual-action operating lever controls the vacuum and sealing operation. Just one lever, no complex buttons, this leaves you in control! The VacUpack vacuum indicator gauge allows you to control a minimum or maximum vacuum. If offers the soft touch for breads and other soft materials. Or full vacuum for meats and hard materials all at your controll no extra buttons to push. It vacuums and seals a 11.5 by 16-inch bag or large canister in less than 30 seconds. Seals 25-35 or as much as 65 small bags before a cooling off period is needed. Beware of machines that may cost less but only vacuum and seal 1-5 bags before they must be cooled down!
