Simple to operate and constructed for long-term use, the ACCUCOLD Temperature Logger offers virtually unlimited data storage and an easy interface that allows fast graphing in Microsoft Excel. When you're ready for results, simply plug the flash drive into your PC and transfer the data to Microsoft Excel, where you can graph, chart, and print the data in whatever format your needs require. Each USB data logger includes a 64 MB flash drive capable of storing over 2.5 million readings, offering virtually unlimited storage capacity.

How to impress the Health Dept. & make life easier	December 13, 2012

This has been a great addition to our office. We bought a new refrigerator and a new freezer, each with the USB Temp Data Logger by Summit, and it is transforming how we report temps to the health department.
And if your health department requires one of these for your office, Don't hesitate. It checks the temp every 15 minutes, and creates a log file in an excel spreadsheet or csv file that you can export or just save.
