If, for any reason, a product breaks or fails, just call us & we will obtain a return authorization for the return. Our supplier will either repair the item you returned or send you a brand new one. Return policy:

For a buyer's remorse return please contact us. The product must be returned in unused condition. We cannot accept returns if any aging or damage (other than shipping damage) has occurred. Custom length rain chains are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned. Also, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost & the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
