Rain Chains are a beautiful alternative to traditional closed metal or plastic downspouts. This spectacular chain features the largest cup width we’ve ever produced! The pure copper cup (with petal details) is wrapped in thick, pure brass rings. This is a gorgeous sculptural piece for your home, and functional too. With a large central hole flanked by three smaller drain holes, this chain will handle varied rainfall conditions.

Each 8 foot section starts with a brass link and ends at the bottom with a thick brass loop. Extension units, which add 5” each, consist of a copper cup, brass link and two brass loops which can easily be inserted anywhere on the chain.

Warranty:
Rainchain, Inc. guarantees this product for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If, for any reason, a product breaks or fails, just call us & we will obtain a return authorization for the return. Our supplier will either repair the item you returned or send you a brand new one. Parts are also available.

Return policy:

For a buyer's remorse return please contact us. The product must be returned in unused condition. We cannot accept returns if any aging or damage (other than shipping damage) has occurred. Custom length rain chains are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned. Also, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost & the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.


For a damaged or defective exchange please contact us. We will have our supplier issue a call tag for pick up & have a replacement sent.
