Damaged items: If your purchase arrives damaged please REFUSE it. Please do not sign for the unit without fully inspecting it, which will mean having the driver wait while you unpackaged the unit. If they cannot wait DO NOT sign the form. If the unit has concealed damage please notify us within 2 business days of receipt & Summit will have the original unit picked up & a replacement shipped out.

If the unit cannot be troubleshot over the phone Summit requires that a servicer come to the customer's location to test the unit.
