Summit wine cellars are commercially approved under-the-counter units that allow you to customize your unit. The Summit Wine Cellars feature the novel "build-your-own" system, where you can customize doors, handles and temperature to your specifications. These cellars have a fully auto-defrost feature and have a cold wall design where the evaporator is hidden behind the rear wall. All wine cellars are complete with a factory lock, and either have reversible doors or can be ordered with a left hand or right hand door swing.
