Summit's high quality cellars are designed to hold up to years of constant use and set the quality standard. Summit wine cellars are commercially approved under-the-counter cellars that allow you to customize your unit. This under-the-counter wine cellars feature the novel "build-your-own" system, where you can customize doors, handles and temperature to your specifications. These cellars have a fully auto-defrost feature and have a cold wall design where the evaporator is hidden behind the rear wall. All wine cellars are complete with a factory lock, and either have reversible doors or can be ordered with a left hand or right hand door swing.
