RETURN POLICY:

Customer may return this item up to 30 days after delivery. Customer must contact us within 5 business days of delivery if product arrives damaged or defective. Customer will not be responsible for shipping charges if a Soleus product arrives damaged or defective.  Item must be returned in it's original packaging.  For a "buyer's remorse" return a 15% restocking fee will apply and customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Also, the original cost of shipping ($25) wil be deducted from the refund.
