My review is mixed. My only complaint is that I ordered the sleeve for the air conditioner but it did not come with the unit. It was very clear on the website on how to order the sleeve for the unit and I clicked on it and reviewed that it was supposed to come with one. I was please with the packing of the air conditioner and quality of it. It is a good buy however I am still disappointed I haven't received the sleeve. I never contacted the company because I couldn't find my contact info.
