Works well, easy to install. The instructions say the plastic pieces can be cut to size with scissors. I would not try it, it is very hard plastic.
The single down side is emptying the Condensate Holding Tank if it isn't all used in keeping the machine cool.
It comes with an abysmally small tray that BARELY fits under the unit. It holds MAYBE 4 oz of water. You must pull the plug, fill the tray, put the plug back in, dump the tray into something and repeat. The first time I did it, I did not realize my wife had already emptied it earlier in the day. I filled the tray at least 12 times. It comes with a hose that you can connect for continous drainage IF you have a nearby drain. There is no hose clamp so I would not leave it connected.
The product would be better if there was a permanent hose with the open end you could secure to the back of the machine and a hand pump to force the water into a bucket.
