The product was as described. Nicely constructed, but much larger than I had anticipated. I'm living in an efficiency apartment with resistance heating. We had a bit of warm weather here and it cooled the apartment very nicely. I'm using it to take the cool and damp off of the morning or when I come in after an extended trip.
To be sure it is noisy, but not a bad as some hotel air conditioner/heat pumps. It should provide heat for most of the winter in this temperate climate.
Overall, I am highly satisfied with this product. It was packed very well and arrived without incident. The only issue was that I had to lift it out of the box by myself and place it in an elevated position.
