My experience with this unit during a hot summer July 8, 2008 Reviewer: Mike from Columbia, MO United States   I bought this unit for my small 14' x 12' room for several reasons: -It pulls fresh air into the room. -It automatically evaporates condensation, without having to routinely empty a water bucket. I keep the unit on 79 degrees and on the lowest fan setting, with the Swing mode activated, and my room stays very comfortable even when it's 107 degrees outside. EDIT: I've had this unit now for exactly 1 year and a few days ago the unit stopped evaporating water. It now dumps water onto the floor through cracks at the bottom of the unit, and does not utilize the relief valve as advertised. Nothing comes out from the valve (with hose attached).
