Sharp Convection Microwave Oven, R-930K May 10, 2008 Reviewer: Jo Ella  Hunter from Lakewood, CO United States   As with the other two reviewers, this is a replacement.  Our first Sharp oven lasted eight years.  We replaced a heat control unit, a turntable motor, and installed an on/off switch for the turntable.  Total cost was $150.  After about three months, the oven quit all together.  We would not spend this amount again to repair an eight-year-old oven, since that is about the life cycle of a unit like this, that gets a real workout every day.  Live and learn.  We may install another on/off switch on the turntable on this new oven to extend its life.  That's about the only fault I find with this oven.  It would have been a very easy upgrade to put in a switch to shut off the turntable when its use is not necessary. I love having a second oven, especially during holidays.  It heats much more quickly than our gas oven, and is cooler to operate during summer months. Quality Matters completed this purchase very quickly and efficiently. Was this review helpful to you?

5 star item & seller December 17, 2007 Reviewer: Philip Barr from Phoenix, AZ United States   This is a very good unit our first one lasted 11 years(trouble free). This new one came to us from"Quality Matters" one  day early,double boxed in perfect working order. This was a very pleasent transaction, also paid $100 less for it than I did @ Sears 11 years ago.
