Warranty:
Our supplier will cover parts & labor costs as well as shipping costs to the customer 12 months after the original date of purchase. This product has parts coverage not to exceed 24 months from the original date of purchase. Shipping and labor costs are non-inclusive of warranty after 12 months. All shipments are sent via UPS Ground. This warranty does not include finishes or damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, tampering, normal wear and tear, units that have been modified or used for commercial purposes.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED UP TO THIRTY (30) DAYS FROM THE ORIGINAL DATE OF DELIVERY.  The Buyer's original invoice is required.  Products shall not be returned without prior written or verbal authorization from the distributor.  Buyer shall bear risk of loss for Products returned.  INADEQUATE PACKAGING OF RETURNS AND FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE DISTRIBUTOR'S PACKING SPECIFICATIONS MAY RESULT IN DAMAGE TO PRODUCTS.  Products returned within thirty (30) days of delivery that conform to the invoice and are not defective shall be subject to a fifteen (15%) percent restocking charge if the Products are accepted and retained by the distributor. Acceptance of returned Products and receipt of the restocking charge shall not limit the distributor of remedies for breach.
