The Sammic Vacuum Packing Machine SV-310T is a timer controlled table top machine that improves the durability of cooked or raw food with no loss of weight. Electronic timer controlling the vacuum process and the sealing of the pack to match the preset time. The SV-310T has a dry oil function that helps prolong the life of the machine by removing the humidity from the pump inside. Sammic's Vacuum packing machine is ideal for deli meats, cheese, sous vide cooking and freezing vacuum packed foods. Made in Spain.
