Return Policy:

A customer may return this product up to 30 days from the time of receipt. For a non-damaged/non-defective return a 15% restocking fee will be incurred. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned units. Please contact us for a return authorization number. For damage or defective returns please contact us within 1 week of delivery. A return authorization and a call tag will be issued for pick up of the defective or damaged unit at no charge to the customer. The unit must be returned in it’s original packaging.
