This is one powerful sealer! After many home sealer units I decided no more. So i went with the Weston Pro-2300 sealer,in stainless steel.and after owning and using it I could not be more happy!Also after deciding on the Weston Line QualityMatters had the best price and NO shipping Thanks again.

This sealer is absolutely the best. I have one which I purchase 4 years ago. It is great. We decided to get another one and leave it at property in Florida Keys which we visit so we don't need to keep transporting it back and forth.
If you want the best value, this is it!

Initially, I had a few problems with some bags not holding their seal. Technical support and Customer Service at Weston was superior. After replacing a sealing strip, sending new bags, and several calls, they swapped my unit & for a new one. I would recommend Weston to anyone. It means a lot to have a company that stands by their product. Also, the Pro-2300 has replaceable parts so the unit isn't a "throw away" when normal maintenance is needed. I hope future designs can protect the inner parts from contamination by dust, flour, etc. (if it's even possible). That's all that prevented me from giving them a 5 star. I'm getting a good, hard seal with the new unit and am very pleased!

Before starting on my review of this product, I am impelled to commend the staff that receives the orders. They represent your company in the most professional, helpful, courteous manner we expect and they delivered. It is to the point I still remember their names. Renee, Rachel and Nicole. Thank you. The product? What can I say. This is the third vacuum sealer I have purchased over the years and have found this one to be the best compact countertop unit I have ever purchased. Since I go to Alaska a lot, have friends give me venison from Molokai and Lana'i and do a lot of bulk purchases, this unit is of great benefit. Love the idea you have parts available. Would highly recommendit to all who wish to save money on food.

Well made, durable, easy to use, machine.	August 25, 2012

I havent had this machine very long (one summer growing season) but have used it pretty intensely in that short time. I package all manner of prepared food for backpacking. I grow a lot of my own food and have abandon the older method of canning for dehydration and vacuum sealing. IMO this is a well made machine. Easy to use and reliable. On heavy use having a fan to keep things cool is a nice feature. Particularly like the simple design with ability to repair if needed, which is a primary reasons I purchased this model.

We received the order in a timely fashion. We have used it about 3 or 4 times since we received it, we purchased the bags from you but we are having trouble with the sealer. It is not sealing well.
8/23 - UPDATE: Everything was taken care of, we got the replacement vacuum sealer yesterday and it works great!

Ordered the sealer and some bags last week and had very prompt delivery. Ordered more bags yesterday (Thursday) and received them by UPS today (Friday). WOW! Very impressive service!!!

Bought this unit for home use and was delivered within a few days. The unit is exceptionally well fabricated in SST and all details of unit are well made...not cheap.
We have vacuumed packed all manner of goods, including meat, vegetables and pasta. The bags are excellent and are sealed very well and more important have remain sealed after several months. We are very, very happy with this unit. A great investment for food storage.

Purchased this unit in Nov. 09 and we have used it for a variety of products. Comes with good instructions, easy to use. Not a plastic toy! Excellent for serious home or non-production commercial use. Bags are strong and easy to make to size if you are not using pre-made sized bags. At this point I consider unit to be a excellent investment.
