When using a Baratza Maestro, Maestro Plus, or Virtuoso coffee grinder, this innovative, new Portaholder saves time and makes the job easier.  You no longer need to stand and hold a portafiler in place throughout the grinding process.  You will simply insert the Portaholder in the grounds bin slot, insert a portafilter, set the grind time, and you're free to walk away.  The Portaholder is easily adjusted to fit any home or commercial portafilter.

Warranty:

Length of Warranty: One-year Warranty from date of purchase.

Replacement: If you live in the United States and the Virtuoso fails within year, simple call 877-701-2021. Baratza will deliver an identical or comparable replacement to your door free of charge and arrange to have your “failed” grinder to be returned to Baratza.

When you receive your replacement Virtuoso, use the carton and packing material and shipping label to return your  “failed” grinder. Please include your name, phone number and address inside the box.
