Return Policy:
Return Authorization Numbers Are Required On ALL Returned Merchandise! Return Authorization Numbers may be obtained by calling our office with your return information including your original purchase order number or the TeleDynamics invoice number for the product. Most merchandise purchased from TeleDynamics
that is initially defective within 30 days of dealer invoice is eligible for replacement. If the product is defective on delivery, it must be returned intact (i.e. with all parts, adapters, decorator box and instructions.). Only the items which you return will be replaced. If any products are damaged or returned with missing parts, you will be billed for those items. The problem must be specified when the defective unit is returned. It should be shipped prepaid to: TeleDynamics, 2200 Wheless Lane, Austin, TX 78723, together with a copy of your TeleDynamics Sales Order or Invoice. Please note your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the packing box. Please insure all returns at full value, including U.S Mail. TeleDynamics is not responsible for returns not received at our warehouse. All Return Authorizations not received within 60 days of being issued will be cancelled. You will be charged a 10% restocking fee for any working units returned to us.
**Note - when returning cordless telephones, PLEASE remove the battery from the handset before returning product.
Advance Replacements for defective equipment will be handled in one of two ways. If your account is COD, CREDIT CARD, or PREPAID terms, all advance replacements must be paid for in advance. Once the defective is received at TeleDynamics, a refund will be issued. If your account is set up with Net terms, the
advance replacement will be billed to your account. Once the defective unit is received at TeleDynamics, a credit will be issued and applied to the open invoice.
If a refund or credit is requested, it will be issued at current pricing. Discontinued and closeout merchandise must be returned to the factory for repair. Polycom defectives returned after 30 days will be returned for repair only. Panasonic facsimile machines, Panasonic BTS cordless are Repair Only. Effective immediately, all
defective Panasonic Business Telephone equipment must meet OUT OF THE BOX INITIAL FAILURE REQUIREMENTS. Panasonic will not accept any returns without prior approval from Panasonic's Tech Support to verify the equipment is defective. The name of the Panasonic technician must be included on the BTS Model Return Report when units are returned. Viking requires RMA call log numbers in order to return defective products to TeleDynamics. PLEASE NOTE THE LIST OF MAJOR FACTORIES ON THE INSIDE OF THE BACK COVER.
Should the product fail in service outside of 30 days but within the warranty period, please contact us at qualitymatters.com. TeleDynamics will not handle repairs.
