Rain Chains are a beautiful alternative to traditional closed metal or plastic downspouts. This new exclusive design combines a copper link with a miniature "double loop" in between -- a beautiful combination!. Comes in unfinished, pure copper.

An RCR-1 Installation Kit is recommended for this Rain Chain and is sold separately.  Each rain chain comes with a gutter attachment piece. To get free shipping you will need to purchase a minimum of four feet.

Warranty:
Rainchain, Inc. guarantees this product for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If, for any reason, a product breaks or fails, just call us & we will obtain a return authorization for the return. Our supplier will either repair the item you returned or send you a brand new one. Parts are also available.

Return policy:

For a buyer's remorse return please contact us. The product must be returned in unused condition. We cannot accept returns if any aging or damage (other than shipping damage) has occurred. Custom length rain chains are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned. Also, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost & the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.


For a damaged or defective exchange please contact us. We will have our supplier issue a call tag for pick up & have a replacement sent.
