Return policy:

For a defective return/exchange within 30 days of purchase the customer must contact the manufacturer to determine that the merchandise is, in fact, defective. Once the manufacturer has confirmed the merchandise is defective and needs to be exchange please contact us to obtain a call tag for pick up and a replacement will be shipped. For defective items outside of the 30 day timeframe please contact the manufacturer for warranty service. If they refer you back to the retailer please obtain the work order paperwork & contact their replacement center at 1-800-648-1414 for an exchange.



For a damage exchange please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. A call tag for pick up will be issued & a replacement will be shipped. For a freight delivery please be sure to note any damage on the paperwork. DO NOT sign for the shipment without noting any damage. You may also refuse the shipment if it is damaged.



For a buyer's remorse return please contact us within 30 days post delivery to obtain a return authorization. Our supplier will charge a 20% restocking fee. The original cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund & the customer is also responsible for the return shipping costs.


Damaged shipments:


It is IMPERATIVE that you completely inspect the package before signing for it. If there is any damage present to the packaging you can either refuse the shipment or notate the damage on the bill of lading when signing. If the package is signed for clean & there is damage to the package a refund/exchange cannot be granted.
