This DuraMax DuraMate Stronglasting vinyl storage shed comes with a foundation. It is perfect for most backyards and is maintenance-free. Duramax Vinyl Storage Sheds are manufactured with durable and maintenance free vinyl. These sheds provide safe and secure storage space. The sheds are reinforced with a strong metal structure that will carry up to 20lbs/sq ft snow load. They are all weather durable and will never rust, rot, dent or mildew.
The assemble is simple, clean, safe and can be completed in a few hours. All parts are pre-cut, drilled and numbered for ease of assembly. All you need to provide is a level surface of either wood or concrete, the size of the desired shed. In addition you will need a drill with a #1 phillips head, hammer, measuring tape, pliers and a ladder.
The DuraMate 8' x 8' boasts 305 cubic ft. of room, with double doors wide enough for equipment and high enough for tall people. It's wind tested to 115 mph and it can support up to 900 pounds of snow (or one large gorilla) on the roof. It installs easily in just a few hours. Crafted of galvanized metals, it provides a base for installing your shed, ensuring that the shed is square. The foundation also elevates your floor (plywood floor not included) off the ground. Note-The foundation kit is not necessary for use with a concrete slab unless a higher floor elevation is desired.
*Please note - This model will arrive in 3 boxes, one for the actual shed, one for the foundation kit and one for an extension to bring it to the 8x8 size.
