Prior to this I owned a Royal 8x12 shed called "The Winchester", it was a fantastic shed. The DuraMax is cheap incomparsion. DuraMax Pros none Cons Walls on the DuraMax shed are only 1/4" thick compared to the 2" thick walls of the Royal. The instructions for DuraMax shed are horrible. Need three people to set up the 10x13 shed; two people to hold the walls while the third person attaches the flimsy brace. You have to screw all the supports together from several small pieces, very time consuming. The foundation kit is a waste; it is so flimsy and will cave in if you are not careful. The shed leaked from the roof and around the foundation. Moisture builds up on the inside of the shed. I'm sure there will be more cons as time goes by. I'll come back and edit this review after the shed has been up for a while.
Needless to say I am very displeased with this POS shed. I am so unhappy with it I'd practically give it away if someone would dismantle it haul it off.
