My Concerns/Heater not working properly January 23, 2013

I purchased this unit had it installed and the a/c and dehumidifier work well. However I live in Georgia and the temperature lately has dropped quite a bit which forced me to use the heater. I turned the unit on to warm the area, but the heater does not get hot. I'm quite disappointed with the unit especially when it comes to the heat. I would really like to know what can be done with regards to my concerns. Thank you.
