Ordered this TV Stand (looks nice and good reviews). Received order confirmation and instructions to open inspect shipment box prior to signing to accept shipment, or their could be issues getting a refund. This is actually against UPS policy, but the driver let me do it anyway. Thank goodness becasue, indeed, the item was damaged inside. Too bad because it looked good otherwise. Took pictures and notified Quality Matters. They told me the item was now discontinued so I would need to choose something else or get refund. I asked for refund. It took over a month for the refund to be processed but the customer service folks were friendly and responsive and in the end made sure I did receive my full refund as promised.
