The VARIO is Baratza’s entrée to the mezzo class of grinders. The mezzo class fills the niche between large professional grinders and home grinders. The VARIO’s small footprint, full range of grind, rapidly repeatable micro grind adjustment and quick grinding speed, places it at the top of its class.

Warranty:

Length of Warranty: One-year Warranty from date of purchase.

Replacement: If you live in the United States and the Virtuoso fails within year, simple call 877-701-2021. Baratza will deliver an identical or comparable replacement to your door free of charge and arrange to have your “failed” grinder to be returned to Baratza.

When you receive your replacement Virtuoso, use the carton and packing material and shipping label to return your  “failed” grinder. Please include your name, phone number and address inside the box.
