If our product proves defective during normal use, we will replace or repair it (at our discretion; free of charge). Damage due to improper use, accidents, normal wear and tear, and negligence are not covered by this warranty. Please note that no returns will be accepted without prior authorization from our customer service department and that these returns should be sent to us prepaid.

Return Policy:

Baby Sherpa offers a "30 Day No Questions Asked" return policy if the product is returned in "same as when shipped" condition. You will be refunded your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling charge. Customer is also responsible for the cost to ship the item back.
