Non-Defective Product Returns (Buyers Remorse) 1 Customer has 30 days from the date of purchase to contact us for a return authorization number. The original cost of shipping, $45, will also be deducted from the refund.
Damaged Product: Occasionally, product may be damaged in shipping. Amcor offers a 72-hour replacement policy for such units. 1 Replacement: A replacement unit will be sent out when the original unit is received in our warehouse. If you want the replacement unit shipped out immediately, you will need to guarantee this on your credit card. You will be contacted by Amcor within 24 hours to receive an RA (Return Authorization) number authorizing the return. Please mark the outside of the packaging with this RA#. You will have 2 weeks from the date of the RA# being issued to return the original unit back to us. Failure to return the original unit within the 2 weeks will result in your credit card being charged. A call tag to pickup the defective unit will be issued. Please note that UPS will attempt to pick up the unit within 48 hours of the call tag being issued. UPS will make three attempts to pick up the unit should UPS make three failed attempts to pick up the unit it will be your responsibility to return the unit back to us. Failure to return the original unit within the 2 weeks will result in your credit card being charged. 2 - Cancel your order (i.e. looking to get a credit) please contact the retailer where your unit was purchased to find out what their return policy is.

B - Within 31-90 days of receipt (Amcor pays for freight out customer responsible for freight on the unit coming back) A replacement unit will be sent out when the original unit is received in our warehouse. If you want the replacement unit shipped out immediately, you will need to guarantee this on your credit card. You will be contacted by Amcor within 24 hours to receive an RA (Return Authorization) number authorizing the return. Please mark the outside of the packaging with this RA#. The unit must be returned freight prepaid by the consumer, or the consumer may give Amcor a credit card number for the $51 charge, which will cover the call tag processing, pickup of the defective unit. Please note that UPS will attempt to pick up the unit within 48 hours of the call tag being issued. UPS will make three attempts to pick up the unit should UPS make three failed attempts to pick up the unit it will be your responsibility to return the unit back to us. You will have 2 weeks from the date of the RA# being issued to return the original unit back to us. Failure to return the original unit within the 2 weeks will result in your credit card being charged.
C Within 91 days and up to 1 year (Customer responsible for freight in and out) Beyond the 90 days, Amcor will cover parts and labor and will fix or replace the unit at our discretion. A replacement will be sent out when the original unit is received in our warehouse. The original unit must be returned freight prepaid by the consumer, or the consumer may give Amcor a credit card number for the $97 charge, which will cover the call tag processing, pickup of the defective unit, and shipment of the replacement unit. Please note that UPS will attempt to pick up the unit within 48 hours of the call tag being issued. UPS will make three attempts to pick up the unit should UPS make three failed attempts to pick up the unit it will be your responsibility to return the unit back to us. Failure to return the original unit within the 2 weeks will result in your credit card being charged. If you want the replacement unit shipped out immediately, you will need to guarantee this on your credit card. You will have 2 weeks from the date of the RA# being issued to return the original unit back to us. Failure to return the original unit within the 2 weeks will result in your credit card being charged.
Return Notes: All returns must be approved by Amcor in the form of the RA# assigned by Amcor. The Return Authorization # is valid for 2 weeks only. A 15% restocking fee will be charged when units are returned without an Amcor authorized RA#. Any item(s) being returned must be re-packaged as it was delivered, with all components, materials and documentation. If the item was received double-boxed, it must be returned in this manner.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund, provided your order has not been shipped. Once an item is shipped, the terms of our Returns policy will take effect. Please note that if delivery is refused on an order, you will be responsible for shipping charges (both ways).
