Can be boiled for up to 45 minutes in extreme water temperatures.These bags are suitable for Sous Vide cooking (For use of water temperatures of 200F or higher). The VacStrip, Full Mesh Storage and Zipper Bags are designed with patented mesh technology to work with external suction machines such as the PRO260, PRO-2300 & PRO-2100. The Vacuum Chamber Pouches are standard flat pouches made for use with chamber machines only, like the VP112, VP210 & VP215. Chamber pouches will not work with an external suction machine.
2. Can I use your vacuum bags and pouches with any brand of compatible machine? Yes, our VacStrip, Full Mesh Storage and Zipper bags work with all external suction machines and our Vacuum Chamber Pouches work with all chamber machines.
3. Which bags or pouches work best for Sous Vide cooking? All of our vacuum packaging bags and pouches will accommodate the Sous Vide cooking process.
