Packaged nicely and no damage. There is nothing mini about this unit(except the price). I had a certified A/C contractor install it. The directions for the electrcal wiring were very basic The installer was not sure after reading the directions. It took two hours to wire and install. After two weeks the unit is running cold enough to hang meat during deer season if I so choose. I have 700 feet of wood shop well insulated with 4 inches of closed cell insulation and have triple pane windows. So the high seer rating is easier on the electrical bill than anything else that I have had previous. At this point I could not be happier with my purchase. The only con of my purchase is the self installer does not get very good written directions or diagrams to aid in the install. Thus the reason for the four star rating instead of five.
