Soleus KY-36 March 14, 2007 Reviewer: Lawrence DeMoss from Gilroy, CA United States   The product is all I expected. Service was very good (5 stars). The control panel buttons are a little hard to press but prevents you from hitting them accidently.  The remote control is easy to use so use it when you can. I appreciate the rapid response.
